Workshops are my jam! I have worked with all ages from preschoolers to senior citizens, in schools and communities in Montana, Wyoming, North Dakota, Alaska, Arizona, California, Nevada, Washington and Oregon. I’ve run summer programs for kids and offered in-service hands-on workshops for certified teachers, co-taught and worked solo, and directed large-scale community art projects. I specialize in collaborative mural, indoor installation projects, mixed-media/found object sculpture, and temporary outdoor installations. My workshops are infused with art history and tend to be a bit noisy and physically active. As a state art agency artist (Montana, North Dakota and Alaska), I preferred to work with an entire school population on collaborative projects, creating community, public art and a shared sense of accomplishment.
